Tragedy in Kamm’s Corners: Man Fatally Shot, Suspect Found Dead in Apparent Murder-Suicide

CLEVELAND, OH — A quiet afternoon in Cleveland’s Kamm’s Corners neighborhood turned tragic on Wednesday when a man was fatally shot in broad daylight, prompting a swift police response that led authorities to a second, grim discovery: the suspected gunman found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The incident unfolded around 1:30 p.m. on the 15700 block of Munn Road, where Cleveland Police were dispatched following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, first responders discovered a man, believed to be in his 50s, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts from Cleveland EMS, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
