TikTok Star Anna Grace Phelan Dies at 19 After Brave Battle with Brain Cancer, Leaving Legacy of Faith and Inspiration

The online community is mourning the loss of Anna Grace Phelan, a 19-year-old TikTok influencer who passed away on May 23, 2025, after a courageous battle with glioblastoma, an aggressive and incurable form of brain cancer. Known for her unwavering faith and transparency, Anna Grace shared her journey with nearly 400,000 followers, inspiring many with her resilience and hope .

Originally from Florida and residing in Georgia, Anna Grace began experiencing symptoms such as numbness in her face and leg in the summer of 2024, just before starting college. An MRI and subsequent biopsy revealed a grade 4 malignant brain tumor. Despite the devastating diagnosis, she remained steadfast in her faith, often sharing messages of hope and gratitude with her audience .

In one of her final TikTok posts on May 14, Anna Grace revealed that her tumor had grown into an inoperable area, affecting her breathing and mobility. She acknowledged the severity of her condition but continued to express hope, stating, “It would take a miracle, but I’m not giving up yet” .

Her family announced her passing through her TikTok account, expressing gratitude for the support and prayers received during her struggle. They highlighted her powerful testimony of faith and the impact she had on many lives. A funeral service is scheduled for May 29 at Galilee Christian Church in Jackson County, Georgia, with a burial to follow at the church’s cemetery .

Anna Grace is survived by her parents, William “Buddy” and Nadine Phelan, her brother Harper David Phelan, and extended family. Her legacy continues to inspire conversations about faith, resilience, and the importance of community support in the face of adversity.
