Her steady leadership and heartfelt service were integral to the department’s mission and deeply appreciated by everyone who had the privilege to know her.
“The void left by Sue’s passing is immeasurable,” the Tonica Fire Department shared in a public statement. “She was more than a colleague—she was family. Her influence will remain with us in every life she touched, every call she responded to, and every paramedic she helped guide.”
