The fatal incident occurred at approximately 8:59 p.m. on US Route 33 westbound, just west of the Moulton Fort Amanda Road off-ramp.
Authorities report that Riley A. Bradford, age 24, of Celina, Ohio, was operating a 2004 Yamaha XVS650 motorcycle when the crash took place.
