The first crash involved a 17-year-old driver, Cash Tibbetts, of Waubun. The impact of the collision proved fatal for the passenger in Keezer’s vehicle, identified as Robert Keezer Sr., who died at the scene from his injuries. Authorities have not released additional information about the driver’s condition or the specific circumstances leading to the crash.
