Le Sueur County Woman Dies in Two-Vehicle Crash in Derrynane Township

LE SUEUR COUNTY, Minn. — Authorities have confirmed the death of 23-year-old Mackenzie Glaser of Belle Plaine following a two-vehicle crash on Thursday morning, September 11, 2025. The tragic incident occurred just before 7:15 a.m. at the intersection of 211th Avenue and 320th Street in Derrynane Township.

The Crash

Preliminary investigations by the Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office indicate that a van pulling a trailer with another van was traveling eastbound on 320th Street when a car traveling north on 211th Avenue failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with the van and trailer in the intersection. The impact caused the car to veer off into the north ditch.

Glaser, the driver of the car, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. A one-year-old baby girl, also in the car, was transported to a local hospital for observation and is expected to receive medical care.

The driver of the van, 49-year-old Christopher Call of Carver, along with his passengers, 18-year-old Justus Call and a 14-year-old boy, were uninjured.
