Today, we honor and remember the two victims whose lives were cut heartbreakingly short: 33-year-old Troy Hutchison of Atlanta, Georgia, and 25-year-old Rodrell Jeter of Detroit, Michigan. A third victim, a 22-year-old man from Detroit, continues to fight for his life in the hospital, listed in critical but stable condition.
