In Loving Memory of Shane Varughese Thomas
“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” – Psalm 23:6
It is with profound sorrow, yet unwavering faith in God’s eternal promise, that we announce the passing of Shane Varughese Thomas, who was called to his heavenly home on April 24, 2025, at the tender age of 21.
Shane’s departure has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the broader community who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. His warm smile, compassionate heart, and the quiet strength with which he carried himself were reflections of a life grounded in love, faith, and humility.
A Cherished Son, Brother, and Grandson
Born into a close-knit and faith-filled family, Shane was the beloved son of Mr. Thomas Varghese and the late Mrs. Silgy Thomas, whose loving guidance and Christian values shaped his life. He shared an unbreakable bond with his sisters, Shelby Thomas and Sheen Marie Thomas, who lovingly recall his protective nature, thoughtful spirit, and contagious laughter.
He is deeply mourned by his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Aleyamma Varughese, whose prayers and affection were constants in Shane’s life. He is also remembered with love by his uncle, Mr. Varughese P. Abraham, and family, and his aunts, Mrs. Jessly Alex and Mrs. Mini Viju, and their families, all of whom shared in his joys, accomplishments, and the everyday moments that now serve as cherished memories.
