In Loving Memory of Ryan Waggoner: A Bright Light Gone Too Soon
With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Ryan Waggoner, who left this world far too soon on July 20, 2025, at the age of 25. His departure has left a deep and unfillable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. As family and friends grapple with the pain of this tremendous loss, they also hold tightly to the beautiful memories Ryan leaves behind—memories that continue to shine with the warmth, laughter, and compassion he gave so freely.
Ryan was a soul filled with vibrancy, humor, and heart. Whether you knew him for years or only a brief moment, he had a way of making you feel seen, heard, and appreciated. His kindness wasn’t performative—it was deeply rooted in who he was. He gave without question, loved without condition, and brought light to the lives of all who were fortunate enough to cross his path.
To his family, Ryan was a beloved son, brother, and confidant whose presence could brighten the darkest day. To his friends, he was the life of the room, always ready with a witty joke, a shoulder to lean on, or a spontaneous adventure. He lived life with a rare enthusiasm and sincerity, and he inspired those around him to do the same. His loyalty ran deep, and his spirit was one of quiet strength and infectious joy.
Ryan’s generosity of spirit extended far beyond his immediate circle. He touched lives in his community—offering help when it was needed, showing compassion when it mattered most, and bringing joy into everyday situations. He believed in kindness, in connection, and in never taking life’s moments for granted. He made people laugh, think, and feel. And in doing so, he reminded us all what it means to be fully human.
As his loved ones come together in the wake of this loss, they invite all who knew Ryan to join in honoring his life and legacy. A memorial service will be held on August 2, 2025, at the West Funeral Home & Life Tribute Center, where friends, family, and community members will gather to remember the incredible impact he made in such a short time. It will be a time to share stories, shed tears, and celebrate a life lived with authenticity and love.
Though his physical presence is no longer with us, Ryan’s spirit will live on in the memories of summer nights spent laughing, in the music he loved, in the hearts of those who carry his legacy forward. His journey may have ended far too early, but the ripples of his life will continue to move outward—changing lives, offering comfort, and reminding us to love deeply and live fully.
To Ryan’s family, we extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt prayers. May you find comfort in the love that surrounds you and in the knowledge that Ryan’s light continues to burn bright in the stories we tell, the values we uphold, and the lives he touched.
Rest in peace, Ryan Waggoner. You are gone, but you will never be forgotten. Your laughter, your love, your presence—these live on in all of us.
