In Loving Memory of Kaiden Luettgen Gone Too Soon, Forever Remembered
On the evening of November 16th, 2025, life was forever changed for the family, friends, and community of 21-year-old Kaiden Luettgen. What began as an ordinary night turned tragic around 8:45 p.m. when officers were called to the scene of a devastating collision involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck at 6600 S. Riverside.
Despite the rapid response from emergency personnel, Kaiden tragically passed away at the scene, leaving behind a sudden silence where laughter, energy, and promise once lived.
According to early findings, Kaiden had been traveling northbound along Riverside with a group of fellow riders—sharing the road in the way so many young motorcyclists do, with camaraderie and the thrill of motion. Investigators believe the group may have been traveling at high speed. At that same moment, a pickup truck heading southbound attempted to make a left turn. In an instant that can never be undone, Kaiden’s motorcycle collided with the front side of the truck.
The driver of the pickup was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, while Kaiden’s life was cut short—leaving behind unanswered questions, unimaginable grief, and memories that will now be cherished instead of continued.
As the Advanced Traffic Investigators continue to piece together every detail of the crash, the community is left to mourn a young man whose journey ended far too early. While the investigation remains ongoing, those who loved Kaiden remember him not for the tragedy of his final moments, but for the vibrancy, kindness, and spirit he brought into their lives.
