FORT DODGE, IA — Authorities have identified the victim of a homicide that occurred on September 2, 2025, as 45-year-old Justo Cruz Calindo of Fort Dodge. The incident has shocked the local community, as law enforcement continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death.

Recinos Gonzales, also a resident of Fort Dodge, who has been charged in connection with the homicide.
