Five Arrested in Connection with the Death of Arlind Xhokola in Harlow
HARLOW, UK – Five men have now been arrested as part of an ongoing investigation into the tragic death of 26-year-old Arlind Xhokola, who was killed in a fatal collision near Momples Road, Harlow.
The Serious Crime Directorate has been leading a rapidly progressing inquiry after emergency responders arrived at the scene of the incident around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 29. Sadly, Xhokola was pronounced dead at the scene.
