Dylan tragically lost his life earlier this week in a construction-site accident, leaving behind his wife, Alyssa, and their young children, alongside extended family members including Chari, Kirt, Amanda, and Hunter .
A proud graduate of Lakewood High School and lifelong resident of Lake Odessa, Dylan was raised in Detroit before growing up in the heart of this warm community. From his earliest days, Dylan impressed those around him with a remarkable work ethic and compassion. These qualities carried through into his professional life, where he applied his talents in lawn care and construction—earning both respect and admiration from colleagues and neighbors .
To know Dylan was to know someone with a big heart and a playful sense of humor. He was always willing to lift others up, quick with a joke, and always showing up for those in need. Memories from friends recall Dylan as someone who made you feel like family from your very first meeting.
