REQUEST FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE – CASE #25-01318

ALVIN, TX – The Alvin Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating a suspect involved in a violent home invasion and robbery that occurred on the morning of May 24, 2025.

At approximately 8:30 AM, a male suspect, known only by the name “Wayne,” unlawfully entered the home of an elderly male resident. Once inside, Wayne tied up the victim and physically assaulted him multiple times, inflicting serious injuries that required medical attention. After the brutal assault, the suspect stole an undisclosed amount of money from the victim and fled the scene.

Wayne was last seen leaving the area in a red Toyota, which was captured on surveillance cameras (images attached below). Authorities also believe he may be traveling in or has access to a white vehicle driven by his girlfriend, with whom he is closely associated.

  • Vehicle #2: White vehicle (associated with his girlfriend)
