Paramedic Klimek passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025, leaving behind a grieving department, a mourning community, and, most tragically, a loving family—his wife and three young children.
Nate Klimek was more than just a paramedic; he was a compassionate caregiver, a tireless responder, and a calming presence in times of crisis. Known for his steady hand, warm demeanor, and unwavering commitment to the well-being of others, Nate touched countless lives during his tenure with the fire district. Whether responding to emergencies in the middle of the night or mentoring new recruits, he gave selflessly and with honor.
