The Kansas City community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Eduardo Vargas Guerrero, 57, whose life was tragically cut short after being reported missing over the weekend. Guerrero, a beloved father, friend, and member of the local community, was last seen on Saturday morning in the 7300 block of Harrison Street.
