It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Jayleigh Moralez, a senior at Hamshire-Fannett High School and the cherished catcher of the Varsity Ladyhorns Softball Team. Jayleigh’s life, though tragically cut short, left an unforgettable mark on her family, friends, teammates, and the entire community.
Jayleigh was more than an athlete—she was a leader, a role model, and a shining example of determination and heart. Behind the plate, she displayed unmatched courage, grit, and dedication. She was the kind of player who inspired her teammates to dig deeper, push harder, and believe in themselves.
