The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office confirmed the victim as 29-year-old Edgar Earl Davis IV, a resident of Odenville.
According to reports, emergency crews were dispatched shortly after 8:30 a.m. following calls of a serious workplace incident. Upon arrival, responders discovered Davis had suffered fatal blunt force injuries while performing his duties at the facility. Despite immediate efforts by co-workers and paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:47 a.m.
