RevitaVet Mourns the Loss of Founder and CEO Tom Neuman, 77 — A Legacy of Vision, Integrity, and Heart
It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Founder and CEO, Tom Neuman, who departed this life on July 3rd, 2025, at the age of 77. The loss of Tom is immeasurable—not only to the company he built with purpose and passion, but to all who had the privilege of knowing him personally and professionally.
Tom was more than an executive; he was the heart and soul of RevitaVet. A man of generosity, integrity, and unwavering commitment, Tom led with quiet strength and compassionate wisdom. His entrepreneurial spirit and relentless pursuit of innovation transformed not just a business, but an entire industry. Through RevitaVet, Tom introduced groundbreaking advancements in equine therapy and rehabilitation—making a lasting impact on the well-being of animals and the people who care for them.
But Tom’s true legacy extends far beyond the professional. At his core, he was a man who deeply valued family, friendship, and community. He had a rare ability to make everyone feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Whether it was a colleague, a client, or someone he had just met at a trade show, Tom treated everyone like a friend. His laughter was genuine, his kindness effortless, and his loyalty steadfast. He believed in building relationships, not just business. That belief became the backbone of RevitaVet’s success and culture.
Throughout his 77 years, Tom lived a full and vibrant life. He was a devoted husband, a proud father, and a loving grandfather. His passion for innovation was only matched by his passion for people. He was a mentor to many, a friend to even more, and a guiding force to all of us who had the privilege of working alongside him.
As we mourn this profound loss, we also honor the incredible journey Tom took us on. He built RevitaVet from the ground up—not just as a company, but as a family. That family will continue to grow and thrive, thanks in part to the path Tom so clearly paved.
In accordance with Tom’s wishes and with full confidence in continued excellence, we are honored to announce that his son, Evan Neuman, will be stepping into the role of CEO. A Navy veteran, founder of NIR Therapeutic, and formerly RevitaVet’s Vice President of Operations, Evan brings not only experience and insight, but a deep understanding of his father’s vision and values. Having worked side-by-side with Tom for many years, Evan shares the same commitment to innovation, care, and customer connection that have always been at the core of RevitaVet.
It’s worth noting that “customer” never sat quite right with Tom. He always preferred to refer to you all—our extended community—as friends. And that’s exactly how he treated everyone who crossed his path. His belief in genuine connection and mutual respect made every interaction meaningful.
Tom Neuman will be forever loved, deeply missed, and eternally remembered. His light remains in every therapy unit we produce, every horse we help, and every relationship we nurture. His presence is woven into the very fabric of RevitaVet, and his legacy will continue to guide us forward with strength and purpose.
