Long Island Woman Charged with Murder After Fatally Shooting Boyfriend During Domestic Dispute
CORAM, NY — A Long Island woman has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder after allegedly shooting and killing her boyfriend during an argument inside their home early Friday morning, police said.
According to Suffolk County authorities, 44-year-old Ashley Guimont was taken into custody after she reportedly shot her partner, 47-year-old Alex Carter, during a domestic altercation.
