Syracuse Police Identify Victim in Westmoreland Avenue Homicide as 22-Year-Old Juan Rodriguez
SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A tragic shooting on Syracuse’s West Side has claimed the life of a young man, now identified by police as 22-year-old Juan Rodriguez, of Syracuse.
